Businesses are facing fines of nearly $14,000 per violation of an vaccine mandate which is set to hit employers with more than 100 employees on January 4th.
The Biden administration is running the vaccine mandate through the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, or OSHA.
All such workers will be required to be fully vaccinated by the early January date or submit to weekly COVID testing.
