US District Court Judge Carl J. Nichols has dismissed efforts by three supporters of former President Donald Trump who sought to have their Dominion lawsuits that are centered around their claims that the machines produced by the voter systems company were rigged against Trump.
The judge said that the Dominion Voting Systems defamation lawsuit can go forward against Rudy Giuliani , MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell , and attorney Sidney Powell .
Nichols’s ruling came a day after Dominion filed a number of $1.6 billion lawsuits against Newsmax , One America News Network and the former Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne . I guess if you’re going to try to intimidate people you go big.
