The first to speak was Robert Lyman, a career Canadian Policy architect whose presentation is “The need to rethink the Ottawa Climate Policy Plan.” Lyman discussed the series of draconian measures recently voted in by Ottawa, which will dramatically decrease residents’ quality of living and liberties while doing nothing to affect the climate.
Among other major attacks on liberty, Robert explains that the city of Ottawa is planning to accelerate the schedule of banning all internal combustion vehicles.
