(Sweden Out via Reuters) A federal judge has rejected a request anonymously filed by a group of 188 workers to block their employers’ COVID-19 vaccination mandates.
Following a nearly three-hour hearing, U.S. District Judge Nancy Brasel on Tuesday said that those behind the lawsuit would have to reveal their identities to their employers, who are named as defendants in this case.
The lawsuit named some 20 health institutions across Minnesota as defendants, including the Mayo Clinic, Regions Hospital, and University of Minnesota Physicians. An attorney representing the workers told Star Tribune that his clients wished to remain anonymous because of “pressure on getting vaccinated.”
