In the early morning hours Thursday, the GOP-controlled House still had not advanced the “Big, Beautiful Bill” to a vote for passage. President Donald Trump has reportedly been working the phones to get the Republican holdouts to advance the bill.
Every Democrat voted against it. Republicans can only afford three nays.
President Trump went on Truth Social to issue a warning to Republicans blocking the bill:

At the time of the President’s post, five Republicans had voted no and eight had not voted, yet.
Among those who voted to advance the bill to a floor vote is Congressman Thomas Massie from Kentucky. He will vote against the bill once it hits the floor, so Speaker of the House Mike Johnson will need to convert 11 of the 13 who have not joined the caucus.
