The Republican National Committee on Friday unveiled a slate of “everyday Americans” who will speak at the Republican convention next week and are expected to comment on how they have been affected by President Joe Biden’s administration.
The convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, will run from July 15 through July 18, and will feature speeches from faith leaders, GOP officials, entertainers, and members of former President Donald Trump’s family. Trump is expected to become the official Republican nominee for president during the three-day event.
Trump’s campaign said the “stars of the convention” will be the ordinary Americans, who “have faced immense hardship and are worse off under the Biden-Harris administration.”
